I Co-Designing Publics International Workshop

May 20 – 21, 2021

Our first workshop is entitled: Public Space versus Public Realm / Spatial versus Non-Spatial Aspects: Differences, Fuzzy Boundaries and Consequences for Design.

It will bring together our team and international partners to learn from the work that others are doing in their cities and have discussions to find common places.

The event will only be attended by team members and partners, but highlights will be shared here soon after.

II Co-Designing Publics International Workshop

July 15 – 16, 2021

Our second workshop is entitled: Informal Strategies versus Formal Structures / Specific Contexts versus Generalisable Insights: Interfaces and Lessons from the Public Realm.

This time, we will bring together our team and international partners again to brainstorm and discuss innovative ways to design the public realm through informal strategies in cities. We will explore potential areas of collaboration with other academics, practitioners and activists as well.

The event will only be attended by team members and partners, but highlights will be shared here soon after.
